CRIS has been a part of the Central Ohio community for almost 35 years. With more than 26 million refugees living around the world today, and over four years of attacks on the US Refugee Resettlement Program and the rights and protections of immigrants in our country, our work is more important than ever. As we collectively work to rebuild and strengthen these programs and protections, and in recognition of the strength and resilience of refugees and immigrants, we are proud to share an updated brand with our community.

As we continue to work towards our mission to help refugees and immigrants reach safety and stability, sustain self-sufficiency, and achieve successful integration into the Central Ohio community - we hope that our own symbolic “rebuilding” will help us reach more people, and ultimately, welcome them to a final destination - a home - where they can rebuild their lives.

Honouring our heritage logo

It was important to our team to maintain the imagery of the globe, as well as the “CRIS green” shade we have come to know so fondly. Green is a powerful color often used to represent both stability and growth. Green evokes feelings of abundance, peace, and security - which mirrors our goals to create safety and stability for refugees and immigrants. Green is resilient - and remains the primary color of our logo today.
