CRIS is an affiliate of Church World Service (CWS), a global organization supporting refugees, disaster relief, and development. While CRIS focuses on resettling refugees in Central Ohio, CWS also runs the CROP Hunger Walk to fight hunger locally and globally, aligning with our shared mission to help vulnerable communities. This year’s Central Ohio CROP Hunger Walk will take place on Sunday, October 13th, at Scioto Audubon Metro Park. CRIS staff members will be in attendance—we invite you to come and walk with us! A portion of funds raised from this year’s walk will also be designated to long-term disaster recovery.
